Marketing and Business Consultants (MBC) was established many years ago, in fact in the last century! 1990 to be exact and we have run our business from the market town of Newton Abbot ever since. As the 1990s moved on we looked to develop a “niche” service that would be attractive to a global market. If it’s niche – it needs maximum exposure and the Internet looked like it may have a future… Located in such a rural area meant that our access to the new “medium” called the World Wide Web was very slow – we started with very crackly “dial-up” modem access at 14.4kbps and were really excited when we were upgraded to 33.6kbps! Our first domain (EliteTitles.co.uk) was registered in 1998 and we have served clients worldwide ever since.
Selling small parcels of land in Dartmouth with an English Title for the new owner has been the main stay of our business for 2 decades.
Fast forward 21 years and we start a new chapter with us launching a brand new website: “BuyAPieceOfDartmouth.uk” offering everyone the chance to own a little piece of this historic harbour town.

When I do get some time away from the desk there is nothing I like more than jumping in the car to visit Dartmouth – a scenic road trip and about half an hour from Newton Abbot. It is a beautiful town with loads of history and always something new to see. There are some amazing ancient buildings in town and overlooking the river. Great places to eat or just enjoy a coffee gazing at the boats on the river. There has never been a better time to buy a piece of Dartmouth.
With rising interest in Dartmouth due to the forthcoming 400 year anniversary (2020) of the sailing of the Mayflower to the New World we are keen to offer all the opportunity to own a little piece of this historic town.
